The main focus of this class is tumbling, naturally. Gymnasts move their tumbling skills to the floor once mastering them on the trampoline. Starting with body control and awareness while jumping, learning the safe way to stop their jump & getting basic trampoline skills down.
This class is perfect for dancers who are looking to progress some of their tumbling skills for routines, or to get a better understanding & get the basics down for their upcoming season! Typically dancers who join in this class come with specific skills they need to work on. Only requirement is that this class is for 6 year olds & up - any skill level!
