November 26th, 2023   |   1pm to 4:30pm

Cookies with Santa at Laketown Gymnastics is a great way to skip the chaos of the mall and get a personal experience with an incredible Santa!

Tickets include a cookie, a mailbox that sends letters directly to Santa himself so he can send back a personalized letter & a fantastic, personal photo op with an incredible Santa - as well as fun photo ops through the gym! Santa even has a new backdrop for his pictures this year.

We are working with a photographer this season (more details soon!), but you are welcome to take your own pictures!

REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED - Tickets are $10 per child (18 and younger). Santa tickets will be redeemed to visit with Santa (i.e. take a picture with Santa).

**We would like to invite everyone to take a family photo with Santa! In order to make sure Santa continues to stop at Laketown Gymnastics during his busy season, we ask that a ticket is purchased for anyone in the photo that is 18 or younger! We appreciate everyone's understanding!**

  • Do you offer discounts?
    We offer a 15% discount on all classes after the first full enrollment. If your gymnast wants to take 2 classes or week, or if you have more than one child in our program you will receive a 15% discount on every class after that first enrollment. {please note: the 15% discount will come off the lesser of the enrollment fees}
  • What should my child wear?
Leotards or form fitting shirts & pants are best (shirts should be tucked in). Gymnasts will be barefoot during class & Open Gym. Hair should be pulled back prior to the start of class. Parkour Atheletes should wear anything that is comfortable to move, jump and tumble in! You will need to wear tennis shoes, so please carry them in and change into them once you arrive.
  • What is a "session"?
All our sessions* are 10 weeks long! The first 7 weeks are all about gaining strength and skill building, while week 8 will be an "evaluation week" where coaches will look at the skill progression. Week 9 we will open registration for our currently enrolled families to have priority registration with week 10 will be a fun week, and registratoin will open for ALL!
  • I see the current session already started. Can I still sign my kids up?
ABSOLUTELY! We pro-rate the classes down to the current amount of weeks left in the session. So if you join in on week 3 of classes in a 7 week session, you'll pay* for the remaining 5 weeks! *Anniversary fees may be applied at the time of enrollment.
  • Why am I being charged an Anniversary Fee?
Every family, including our those on our competitive team will pay an "annviersary fee". The anniversary fee for recreation families is $25. This is a per family fee, not per student and is charged every year!
  • What is "Testing Week"?
This is the week that we evaluate everyone to see where they are with their skill which then allows our coaches to see what class they should be in next session. Each class has a specific set of skills they are working on. You can see the skill charts by clicking here! We also have copies available at the Front Desk!
  • We are currently enrolled. How do we know when it is time to enroll again?
We will post the schedule online the week it opens for currently enrolled families (families who are currently taking classes). You'll know when it's time to enroll by visiting our website & following us on Facebook and the emailed evaluation reports & recommendation cards are great indicators that it is time to enroll!
  • We are new to Laketown Gymnastics - what do we sign up for?
Whether you are new to Laketown, or coming back after taking some time off, we can help figure out where to start! Click here to see our breakdown for ages 2 - 5. For 6 year olds & up we suggest coming in for an evaluation!
  • Can I watch my child in class?
Parents are welcome to drop their child(ren) off for class(es) at Laketown. One parent is also alowed to stay and watch his/her child(ren) from the main lobby or hallway. Please stay off of the gym floor and out of the gymnastics rooms as not to distract the students and give them plenty of space.
  • What's the best way to keep up with current happenings at Laketown?
One of the best ways is to follow us on Facebook! In the case of inclement weather we will post on Facebook & email families that would be effected by our closure due to weather {so if we have a snow storm on Monday, and you have class on Thursday you wouldn't receive the email, but the Monday families would}.
  • What is the difference between Preschool Open Gym and Open Gym?
Pre-Registration is required for all Open Gyms. Preschool Open Gym is a great opportunity for kids 5 & under to run, explore, play and get some energy out with a parent and without the "big kids" around. This open gym is for kids 5 and under only and is strictly enforced, even on no school days! Parent participation is required. Please do not bring food and/or beverages onto the floor. Preschool Open Gym is offered on Thursdays & Fridays from 11:15 am - 12:15 pm and is $6.00 per participant (9 months and under free WITH paid admission) Open Gym is a great opportunity for kids ages 6 and older to run around and play! . There will be no snack bar. Please bring a water bottle. Open Gym is offered on Saturday Nights from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and is $15 per participant). *Previously purchased punch card balances will be transferred to your iClass account at the new rate. If you do not currently have an iClass account, one will be created for you.*
  • How many attendees are included in the party package?
All parties include 12 guests, 11 + the birthday honoree! You can add additional guests for $10 per guest!
  • What if we will have more than the included number of attendees at the party?
No worries! We can have up to 20 kids in the party room - if you'll more than 20 than please give us a call so we can make a note and plan accordingly. Each additional guest beyond the 12 included is $10!
  • What is included in the party package?
The parties all include guests 12 (11 + birthday honoree), ONE hour of coach led activities in the gym, one HALF hour in one of our painted Birthday Party rooms & two coaches! We do not provide the plates, silverware, table clothes, balloons, cupcakes, etc. that you may want, so please plan accordingly.
  • What are "coach led activities"?
The coaches will look at what age the party will be around & have games and an obstacle course in mind when the party begins! They also factor in time for some Tumble Track & Foam Pit time. They will do a combination of things to keep kids engaged & having fun. Kids will have a blast, even if they haven't had gymnastics experience before!
  • What do we do in the party rooms?
That is up to you! After the hour of gym time is over, the coaches then lead the kids to the designated party room for their party. We typically see birthday parties do cake/cupcakes & sometimes presents or fun little quick games in the rooms. Kids are not able to go back out on the floor after the hour of gym time is over!
  • This sounds awesome! How do I book a party?
There are three ways to book a party. Stop in at the front desk, give us a call at 952-368-3547, or visit our Parent Portal, where you can quickly see what days & times are available and pick what works best for you! There is a $50 + tax deposit required to save the day & time you'd like.
  • I originally thought I'd have less/ more kids.. Can I change my RSVP numbers?
Yes - you will get a phone call the week of your party asking to confirm how many you believe will be at the party. You will be charged the minimum guest count for the party packages. You can make adjustments for less at any time, but if you are adding to the total amount we ask that you let us know ASAP. We will need to make adjustments for larger parties!
  • When is the final payment due, and how do I pay?"
You will be charged a $50 + tax deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance ($140 + tax & any additional guests) will be due at the end of your party. Your coach will give you a sheet that will let you know how much is due. PLEASE NOTE: while tipping is not required, it is a nice gesture to let your coach(es) know how awesome they were during your party! Please kindly consider this but know that we cannot add gratuity onto a card payment. Our coaches can only accept cash gratuities. Thank you!
  • Do all guests need to have a waiver?
Yes! The coaches can check the day of to see if we have a current waiver on file for that child, otherwise they can fill one out before they arrive! Our current waiver can be found on the Birthday Party Page or at the front desk!
