One hour of coach-led activities
Thirty minutes in one of our festive party rooms!
ALL Parties include 12 guests (birthday kiddo + 11 friends)
~ Any additional guests are $10 per guest ~
Up to 20 can fit comfortably in our party rooms.

We have a refrigerator, freezer & microwave available for use (not in the party rooms).
As the parent of the birthday child, you are responsible for...

Arriving no more than 15 minutes before party begins

Additional party decorations: our rooms are painted in our Laketown colors, but some families choose to bring in table cloths & balloons to make the room more festive! The perfect time to do this is when the party begins in the gym!

Food - you're more than welcome to bring in pizza, cupcakes, cake, etc. Please note: you are also responsible for any plates, napkins, silverware, etc. that you may require!

Party favors for guests - we provide a Laketown t-shirt for the birthday child, but you are more than welcome to provide party favors for your guests.

Drinking fountains will remain closed down during parties, so please make sure you bring water or drinks for everyone attending.
Please no confetti or glitter anywhere in Laketown Gymnastics!
Rules & Policies

At no time should any child (whether attending the party as a guest or just accompanying an adult) play on the gym equipment without a coach present. Please respect our equipment & space!

$50 (+tax) is required to hold your date and time. The remainder* of the party cost is due at the end of the party, the day of your party. Your party host will coordinate payment with you! Parties can be booked online here.

You will be contacted by our front desk, within the week before your party. At that time you will need to provide the final count of children who will be attending, and any other details you deem necessary to inform the hosts before the party.

There may be additional parties, classes and/or events being held in the gym at the same time as your party if you are interested in booking your own time in the gym please let us know.

All participants MUST have a signed waiver on file. We prefer online signatures, but in the event you'd like to provide guests with a copy, please click here!
*Remaining balance of the party will be $140 + tax, with no additional attendees. Additional attendees will also be charged at the end of the party, at $10 per additional attendee! Deposits are non-refundable, but can transfer with you should you choose another date. A deposit is required for all party bookings!
