Please help us support the Orth family in this difficult time by rallying together, raising money, and wearing Zoey's favorite color purple.

GB Leighton will be headlining the benefit and the Ben Mulwana Band will be opening. Doors open at 4 pm. Music starts at 4:30 pm. All ages welcome.

Silent Auction. Live auction. Raffle. Games. Prizes.

Kids activities include bounce house, face painting, and balloon artist.

Food provided by Buddy Boy Fine BBQ, Rolling Hearth Bistro - Artisan Pizza, Burgers, Brats, and Hot Dogs provided by the Waconia Lions supplied by Mackenthun's, and desserts from Iron Tap and Bakery on Main. Beer will be served by the Waconia Lions.

From the family:

Heather and I have tried to raise our kids to be kind, generous, encouraging, self-sufficient & Christ-centered people. Our values make it difficult to receive kindness when we teach our kids to give rather than receive.

However… it’s clear this community we love so much wants to cover our little girl in love & support. So we’ve decided we need to get out of the way to allow your healing love to fully surround her.
We’ve experienced a full spectrum of emotions during this journey. Fear gave way to courage—sadness to joy—despair to hope… But as you read this we want you to know exactly how we feel about our community of family & friends—we’re just deeply grateful.

Mike & Heather Orth

We're glad you're here!

We are excited to have you! Whether this is your first time in a gymnastics program, or you’re making the switch from another gym, we are thrilled you chose the Laketown Gym! We strive to be a family friendly environment, while offering quality lessons at affordable rates. Helping kids of all ages and from any background learn more about their bodies & how they move while building strength, coordination, self confidence and friendships is our favorite goal. We look forward to seeing you around Laketown for many, many years!

Our philosophy...

The sport of gymnastics provides young athletes the opportunity to develop self confidence through individual growth, strength and accomplishment alongside the support and motivation of their coaches in a fun team environment. Improved physical strength, endurance, flexibility & mental focus are just a few of the benefits gymnastics training can provide athletes involved in any sport. At Laketown Gymnastics, we will work with each gymnast to set goals, develop individual plans and provide the support and direction needed to achieve those goals. We believe the safety and well-being of each gymnast is at the core of any training program, regardless of skill level, ability or training goals.
